    We currently ship within Malaysia, including both Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak).
    International shipping is not available at this time.

    We offer a flat rate shipping fee of RM10 for all orders within Malaysia, regardless of weight or location.
    Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly stated on our website or during checkout.

  4. Order Processing Time
    All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 working days after successful payment verification.
    Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  5. Delivery Timeframe
    Estimated delivery times are as follows:
    – Peninsular Malaysia: 2–5 working days after dispatch
    – Sabah & Sarawak: 3–7 working days after dispatch
    Delivery duration may vary due to courier schedules, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

    Our trusted shipping partners include J&T Express, Pos Laju, Ninja Van, and DHL eCommerce.

    Customers may track their parcel status using the tracking number provided after shipment.
    Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
