Return & Refund Policy - Rudhva Skincare.

At RUDHVA, customer satisfaction and trust are our highest priority. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have outlined the following Refund & Return Policy for all RUDHVA skincare products.

This policy is designed to protect genuine customers while preventing misuse. By purchasing our products, you agree to the terms below.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY & CONDITIONS

  1. Notification
    • Customers must notify us within the first 24 hours (1 day) after receiving the product if they wish to request a refund or report an issue.
    • Refund requests after this period may not be entertained.

  2. Proof of Issue
    • Customers are required to provide clear photos or videos of the affected product/area for our review.
    • For skin-related concerns, images of the affected area may be requested (excluding sensitive areas).

  3. Product Usage
    • During use, some customers may experience a normal “Healing or Adjustment Phase”, such as dryness, mild flaking, or tingling sensations.
    • This is part of the natural skin renewal process as old skin cells shed and new ones regenerate.
    • Refunds will not be approved for cases falling under normal skin adjustment.

  4. Return of Product
    • Customers must return the used/unused product packaging (including empty tubes/jars) to the address provided by our team.
    • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

  5. Processing Fee
    • A small processing fee of RM10 (Peninsular Malaysia) or RM19 (Sabah/Sarawak) will be deducted from the total refund.
    • The balance will be refunded to the customer’s account within 7 working days after returned items are received and verified.

RETURN POLICY FOR DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS

  1. Damaged Items
    • If products are received in damaged condition due to courier handling, customers must report immediately with photo/video evidence.
    • A replacement will be arranged at no extra cost.

  2. Lost Parcels
    • If a parcel is lost in transit, we will verify with the courier provider.
    • Once confirmed, a replacement or full refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable Cases
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, resellers, or fake accounts (only purchases from our official website, TikTok Official Store, or RUDHVA Clinic HQ are eligible).
• Opened/used products beyond the trial period (more than 3 weeks without reporting).
• Failure to follow the recommended usage instructions provided.
